This Policy does not apply to data we process on behalf of our customers as part of delivering managed services (for example, data residing on systems we manage for a client). That processing is governed by the applicable Master Service Agreement, Statement of Work, or Data Processing Agreement with that customer, and our customers remain responsible for their own end-user privacy notices.

  • Job applicant information: If you apply for a position with INVITE, we collect the information included in your application, resume, and any related communications (e.g., name, contact details, work history, and, where applicable and permitted, background check results as part of our hiring process).
  • Business contact information: We collect and maintain business contact information (name, work email, phone number, employer, and role) for individuals at our current and prospective customers, partners, and vendors, in connection with managing those business relationships.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and deliver the services you or your organization request.
  • To manage our contractual and business relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
  • To evaluate job applications and manage our hiring process.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and any applicable regulators in accordance with our Incident Response Plan and applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to meet our contractual and legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. For example, business contact information associated with a customer account is generally retained for the duration of the relationship and for a limited period afterward; job applicant information is retained in accordance with our internal hiring records practices. When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it in accordance with our Data Management Policy.

We do not sell personal information. We may share personal information with:

  • Service providers: Vendors and subprocessors who perform services on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting, CRM, IT service management, and communications tools), under agreements that require them to protect the information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
